Agenda

1. Discuss what the school year will look like(when are meetings).
   • Not often meetings
   • Friday Club time is a reminder meeting. Important meetings are Thursday afterschool.
   • Task: Come up with a list of workshops we would hold and when.
   • LeaderTech Lynwood Nov 21, $70 per person. Registration opens Sep 6.
2. Discuss the extent of which we are going to be using wordpress for 2024-2025.
   • Task: Get the visual side up on website.
3. Discuss how/if the CTE director will contribute funds for us.

4. Discuss officer roles.
   • Website is important, fun social media videos are important, merch is important, grant writing is important, but only those who want to do them should. They are important not only for the learning opportunity, but for real life skills.
5. Discuss end-of-the-year rewards for high-achieving members and officers.
6. Discuss Regionals and how we will decide who to send to State.
7. Discuss possible outreach.
